What Information Do We Collect About You?

  • Your location according to your computer or mobile device (if such settings are enable). In case you do not want to share your location information on your mobile device you may turn of such function following the instruction of your device. We will track your IP address if you use a computer and we use GPS tracking for mobile devices. You cannot be identified by your location information because such information is anonymous.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. This will also apply to any customer competitions or surveys.
  • Website usage information is also collected using cookies (see below under 'Cookies').

It’s ok to change your mind about what data you are allowing us to keep and what you don’t want us to keep. If you are a legal entity, we may collect and process the following information about you:

  • the information about business entities: this may include, but is not limited to: business entity name and/business entity title, company registration code, tax/VAT code, as well as the business entity related e-mail address, mailing address, daytime and/or cellular telephone numbers, fax number, account information (or other information that we require in order to pay any amounts due to you via your Account) of authorized persons and/or any other information requested on the applicable registration form;
  • personal identifiable information of your employees, when he/she registers for an Account or otherwise choose to provide personally identifiable information to us.

Other Non-Private / Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about Affiliates which are natural persons or information about Business entities when they visit certain pages of this Site and/or register for an Account, such as the type of browser an Affiliate is using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system an Affiliate is using, (e.g., Windows 8 or Mac OS) and the domain name of an Affiliate’s Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink), and share such information with us. We use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize an Affiliate’s Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze Site usage.

How Will We Use The Information About You?

Your Employees

If you are a business entity, your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy, in their entirety, shall extend to your employees, if any. You agree that any of your employees that access your Account or visit the Site under the scope of their employment with you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Your Employees

We keep your data for the term necessary for the provisions of our services and until you delete your account. From data keeping perspective we have such classification:

  • Active accounts – accounts on which our services are used on a permanent basis. Data from such account will be kept until the removal of such account.
  • Inactive accounts – accounts that were not removed but nobody used them or logged in as long as we consider it necessary, but not longer than 9 month The data from such accounts will be stored and such account will receive advertisements until it will be removed. The creator of account is the only one who is responsible for its removal.
  • Deleted accounts – accounts that were deleted following our cancelation instructions. The data from such account will be removed upon the end of the 9 month term after the date of the removal. We have to keep your data for this period of time for the purposes of providing answers to the official requests of third parties (e.g. in case of police investigation) or other requests regarding payments and/or other account related queries. Also, you bare sole responsibility for all the information you shared with other persons, third parties or search engines. If you shared any data with third party the circulation of such data is out of our control.
  • Banned accounts – account that were banned due to inadmissible behavior (e.g. potential or actual threats and/or fraudfully activity) to our business and/or other affiliates. We will store the email address and other information from banned account in our black list for as long as we consider it necessary.

Data Retention

Subject to any mandatory obligations to store/maintain/delete data, your information may be retained by us and in our portal, server logs, databases and records for so long as we deem necessary to fulfill obligations, but not longer than 9 (nine) months.

Other Websites

The Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. We protect Account holders' information both online and offline. Sensitive information, such as bank account and credit card details, is encrypted with SSL during transmission. All Affiliate data is stored securely with robust security measures.

Despite these precautions, no Internet transmission is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any data transmission through our Site is at your own risk. Access to personally identifiable information is strictly limited to necessary employees and third-party agents, who adhere to our security policies under threat of disciplinary action.

In case of a security breach, we will notify you and relevant authorities via email, complying with the current governing laws. Notifications may be delayed to address law enforcement needs and remedial actions.
